A few months ago, we decided to start a worm farm in a fabric pot. We started with about 10 earthworms in this bin. I have a large bin, and this is just another one with extras.

I just kept filling the top with corn cobs, cardboard etc, and about 3 months later, we have at least 2000 earthworms. You can see the worms stuck to the bottom of the fabric.

We collected about 30 kilos of compost and the uncomposted remains will go to another fabric bin. Sieving it all took a while. We started at 7 and it took about 2 hours. So happy ☺️

Most people wonder why their Amaryllis never blooms. It's because they never get time to rest.

If you want to force-bloom your Amaryllis Bulbs, you need to give them some time to rest. You can pick the bulbs and store them in a dry location.

After 8 weeks, you can plant them and they will bloom again. As time passes by, the maturity of the bulb increases and so do the flowers.

If you take care of the plants well, they will produce as many bulbs as you want. Here's a short video of the number of bulbs we pulled out. They will sit in shade, allowing the bulbs to absorb all the energy from the leaves. Perhaps a week will do.

These will be planted in May again, and they will bloom once more.

Check out how many amaryllis bulbs were hiding in our pots! Of course, the pots are on our terrace garden. Although we have four pots, the bulk came from two...

So, this is how I grow Pudina from cuttings. I take a few cuttings, cut off the roots and place them in water immediately. Next, I cut below the node to get a 4-5 inch cutting. I prepare a potting mix of compost and cocopeat in equal proportions and plant the cuttings.

Now, this is where I provide a dome for the cuttings to grow. This is to prevent them from drying up. I cover them with a plastic sheet and mist them with water once in a few days. It takes 10 days for them to develop roots and a few leaves.

Then I make a potting mix of cocopeat, compost, vermicompost, perlite and manure and plant the cuttings in their final containers. I sometimes add cow manure and compost once in 15 days. Used coffee grounds as well.

Here's a video explaining the entire process.
