What you see here started as a micro-loop weave sample and slowly grew into a wall-to-wall statement made with fine nylon, bamboo silk and NZ wool in a rich 60-count yarn blend.

This 6x9 ft bespoke hand-tufted piece plays with an organic free-flowing shape, almost like a natural paint spill captured in wool. Soft ivory and beige tones create a calm base, while a deep wine red and bold black form the “odd ones out” — the unexpected contrast that turns the rug into a statement instead of just a surface.

Custom hand-tufted area rugs designed for a contemporary corporate environment, focusing on scale, flow, and long-term performance.
The design features a controlled abstract composition with horizontal movement, helping visually anchor open seating and breakout zones without fragmenting the space. A calibrated palette of burnt orange and ochre forms the base, layered with deep wine, charcoal, and muted olive bands, while subtle bamboo silk highlights introduce tonal variation and light reflection under ambient and natural lighting.
Executed in a wool & bamboo silk blend, the construction balances resilience and tactile softness—ideal for high-footfall commercial interiors. Wool provides structural integrity and wear resistance, while bamboo silk enhances surface sheen and depth, especially across color transitions.

Design Name: “KHIDDKI”

Crafted by Designs View – Carpets & Area Rugs

This one-of-a-kind hand-tufted rug is made in an irregular organic shape inspired by natural layers of stone and earth. Measuring 11 × 13 ft, it was custom-created for a luxury living room in Ahmedabad, India.

The rug features three levels of high & low textures, each carefully carved by hand using a mix of rich materials —
• 100% Wool (60-count & 30-count) for density and warmth
• Wool & Viscose blend for smooth transitions
• 100% Viscose, Nylon & Tencel Silk for soft sheen and durability

A blend of earthy beiges, stone greys, forest greens, and ivory tones creates depth and movement, bringing a calm yet artistic statement to the room.

The final installation perfectly complements the elegant interiors — a true showcase of craftsmanship and design collaboration.
