A story of trust and compassion.
This Indie mother has so much to say in his 'doggie language' and it took a hardwork of 2 years to convince her to come into my house and eat. She is a beautiful mother to 5 puppies, lost 2 of her due to ridiculous car drivers and still survives outdoors with a smile and a wag .
A stray dog is often mistook to being dirty and a carrier of all diseases. Protecting yourself is a healthy way to stay safe but helping the voiceless is done by few who have a big heart.
This Indie is quite scared and timid . It took 2years to gain her trust and today she climbed up the stairs and waited patiently to have a meal of warm rice and cool curd. She sat quietly for sometime and giving me a wag of her tail went down quietly.
I was amazed to see how she trusted me completely and how it took ..
Indeed , being associated with a dog is a blessing .
Be kind and care for the voiceless. They need your love and compassion!

I'm more of a yellow light girl when it comes to home decor but these glass ceiling lights have my heart.
Complementing the white lights are the two different varities of bamboo helping each other to thrive , one in water and the other in soil.
Hand painted frames up the wall by my aunt and a brass lamp hanging gracefully from above adds a sense of Indianness to the decor .
You could find a blend of vibrant colours in this corner like , red, orange, green and gold.

Ice apple, also known as palm fruit or tadgola, is a seasonal tropical fruit cherished for its unique taste and refreshing properties.
Native to regions with tropical climates, this fruit grows abundantly on palm trees, offering a delicious respite during scorching summers.
It's known for its cooling and hydrating properties, helping to prevent dehydration and regulate body temperature. This is a pure delicacy.
A childhood nostalgic fruit that I would peal off and eat with my hand dripping with the sweet juice.
This summer is special cause I got my hands on this after almost 4 years eating like an ape, shabbily and disgusting enough to gross someone out .

After such a long time I finally decidedto update my decor grid by posting this delicate yet beautiful piece.
Himalayan salt, also known as Pink salt, is considered as the most superior salt in Ayurveda. The color of the salt ranges from white to pink or dark red due to the high content of iron and other minerals present in it.

(Theme: Dog 🐾 God spelt backwards, for a reason.
The Indie pups are a blessing to mankind as I have been closely reading and knowing more about their habits, traits and more just to understand the sheer capabilities they have to be selfless and adopt themselves to their surroundings and also make us the most important thing in their lives.
The concept of "Adopt, don't shop" is widely recognized and followed by people , those who know and and are willing to give these furry friends a second chance at life.
This furry friend belogs to my aunt who has rescused this beauty from a shelter as this one had been through alot .
Scared for life as he met with an accident and has a rod fitted to his left hind leg.
This one still shivers to the sound of vehicles honking and loud noises and hides under the bed to the sound of crackers and suffers from separation anxiety .
The hearing ability of these canines are amplified and sensitive, hence panic in fear.
Let's make this diwali a noise free diwali for them and not burst loud crackers and help them live in peace.
Adopt, don't shop - being the moto that i swear by. Let's give them a home and a second chance to live better. Afterall, they are dogs too..)
