Bringing together dynamic building and material experimentation with traditional methods of craft, Bhubaneswar-based LINTEL CONSULTANCY has worked on commercial and residential projects right across Odisha. Led by a strong contemporary design sensibility, the studio believes that architecture must play an important role in creating place, using form, materials and texture to help evoke and shape

memory and human interaction. LINTEL CONSULTANCY was founded by Architect -Shankar Giri in 2010. Shankar has lived and worked in Bhubaneswar since 2005 with one of the most established architectural firm called “Nesters”, along with his studies at the College of Engineering & Technology. He continues to combine teaching with practice and has been a part-time teacher at the Piloo Mody College of Architecture since 2011. Though a very small firm but has a potential to do much bigger works.
