INGREDIENTS
⦁ 2 kap sookha kaala chana dhokar garam paanee mein 8 ghante ke lie bhigo den
⦁ 3 bade chammach tel
⦁ 4 laung
⦁ 4 saabut kaalee mirch
⦁ 1 tej patta
⦁ 1 daalacheenee stik
⦁ 4 saabut sookhee laal mirch
⦁ 1½ chhota chammach jeera
⦁ 1½ kap kata hua peela pyaaj
⦁ 1½ kap kate hue tamaatar
⦁ ¼ kap tamaatar ka pest
⦁ 2 chammach kata hua seraano ise bachchon ke anukool sanskaran ke lie chhod den
⦁ 1½ chhota chammach kaddookas kiya hua adarak
⦁ 1½ bada chammach keema banaaya hua lahasun
⦁ 2 bade chammach jeera dhaniya paudar dhana jeeroo
⦁ 2¼ chhota chammach namak
⦁ 1 chhota chammach kashmeeree laal mirch paudar bachchon ke anukool sanskaran ke lie ise chhod den
⦁ 1 bada chammach garam masaala
⦁ 2 chhote chammach chana masaala
⦁ 1 chhota chammach amachoor/ amachoor
⦁ 1½ chhota chammach haldee paudar
⦁ ¼ kap kata hua hara dhaniya

INSTRUCTIONS
1. kaale chane ko dhokar 8 ghante ke lie gunagune paanee mein bhigo den
2. ek baar chana paryaapt samay tak bhigone ke baad, instent pot ko saute mod par rakhen. agar bhaarateey preshar kukar ka upayog kar rahe hain, to kukar ko madhyam aanch par rakhen.
3. 3 tebal spoon tel daalen. garam hone par saabut masaale aur jeera daalen.
4. masaale aur jeere se mahak aane tak bhooniye, aur rang gahara braun hone tak bhooniye.
5. kate hue pyaaz, lahasun, adarak aur kate hue seraano ke saath ¼ chhota chammach namak daalen. pyaaj ko pooree tarah se paaradarshee hone tak lagaataar chalaate hue bhoonen.
6. kate hue tamaatar daalen aur tab tak bhoonen jab tak ki ve paanee chhodane aur naram na hone lagen.
7. tamaatar ka pest daalen aur achchhee tarah milaen. 2 minat ke lie bhoonen, agar masaala neeche se lag raha hai to 2 tebal spoon paanee daalen.
8. oopar soocheebaddh sabhee sookhe masaale aur 2 tee-spoon namak daalen. achchhee tarah se milaen aur masaala mishran ko ek ya do minat ke lie bhoonen.
9. instent pot (ya bhaarateey stail preshar kukar ka upayog kar rahe hain) mein paanee ke bina bheege hue chane daalen. achchhee tarah se malaen.
10. bartan mein 3 kap paanee daalen aur phir se milaen. namak/masaale ko chakhen, jaroorat ho to aur daalen.
11. instent pot ko 30 minat ke lie haee preshar par rakhen. ta
