Every piece we create is lovingly handcrafted, so each one carries its own little details and individuality. ✨

📦 DISPATCH & TRACKING

🎨 ABOUT CUSTOM & REFERENCE DESIGNS
If you provide us with a reference or sample picture, please understand that we cannot guarantee an exact replica of the same piece.
At Pots & Paint, we create handcrafted artwork, and we also deeply respect the creativity and work of fellow artists. Every artist has their own style, technique and interpretation, so the final piece created by us may naturally have differences from the reference.
✨ A LITTLE NOTE ABOUT HANDMADE PRODUCTS
Please remember that handmade means uniquely handmade. Therefore:
* We do not guarantee an exact copy of the catalogue/product image.
* Very minor variations may occur but the finished product will be equally beautiful.
* These little variations are a natural part of handmade craftsmanship and make every piece special.
🪞 SPECIAL NOTE FOR LIPPAN ART
For Lippan artwork, there may be minor variations in the shape and size of mirrors used between the catalogue piece and your product .The mirrors used may differ in shape and size depending on availability, while the overall beauty and charm of the artwork remain unchanged making every artwork beautifully one-of-a-kind.
The overall pattern and number of layers in Lippan artwork may also vary depending on the size of the board selected.
(For example, a 10-inch board and a 14-inch board cannot accommodate exactly the same number of layers or the same proportions. However, a similar design can usually be adapted to a smaller board with a few thoughtful modifications to suit its size)
Our aim is always to preserve the overall look and essence of your selected design while ensuring that it works beautifully on the board size chosen. 🌸
🎥 IMPORTANT: UNBOXING VIDEO
As most of our products are fragile and handmade, we request you to handle your parcel with care while unboxing it.
For complete transparency and to help us provide the right solution in case of any issue:
A FULL 360° UNBOXING VIDEO, WITHOUT ANY PAUSE OR CUT, IS MANDATORY.
Please start recording before opening the parcel and continue the video throughout the entire unboxing process.
This video helps us understand exactly how the parcel was received and enables us to investigate and resolve any genuine issue appropriately.
🤍 RETURNS, REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS
As most of our products are handmade, customised and uniquely created for you, we follow a No Refund, No Return & No Replacement Policy, except in cases where a genuine issue requires our attention.
If you notice any serious concern with your product that may require a return or replacement, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
Kindly share the complete unboxing video along with clear photographs/videos of the issue so that we can assess the situation and assist you appropriately.
We truly value every order and always try our best to find a fair and genuine solution whenever an issue arises. 🤍
