When a design turns in to a reality!
It is a designer’s dream to turn our drawings to reality without any compromise.
In this particular mixed residential building angles are the primary element of design and to achieve it, precision is the key.

How do we solve problems with design?
This residence is facing a railway track facing noise problems. We had to come up with a noise buffer without compromising on the design and practicality of the building. We came up with multi-layered buffers and made them a design element of the house.
1- terracotta swirl blocks.
We have used it to become a natural buffer of no ice inspired by tree leaves, as they move in place neutralizing the noise.
2. Angled louvers
Mild steel angular louvres are used to channel the sound waves hitting the building to the setback.
3. Bamboo Plant
By creating bamboo shoots on the front of the compound it decreases the sound from hitting the building as they are natural sound insulators.

Weekend home
A cozy weekend home in a small village near salem inspired from its environment.
The site is surrounded by hills and coconut plantations.
The lifestyle of people here are very slow, calm and peaceful. They would like to spend more time outdoors under trees and in benches.
So we wanted to give them a space which doesn’t disturb the environment and also aids in comfort.

A luxurious beach bungalow situated in the coast of Bay of Bengal. A contemporary design approach with open spaces and a theatre pool.
The goal is to create a relaxing and place to party in the weekends.

ONGOING PROJECT
A commercial project which has a complex plan and design structure,meticulously crafted to perfection. The design revolves around the user experience and interface, the design started with studying the user’s walking patterns and their experience in a commercial scape. The design breaks all existing theory of aisle and wall storage in a showroom.
