New Council Forum - A New Landmark to Chennai’s Public Architecture.

The foundation stone for the new Council Forum was laid by the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu on 24th December 2025. We are truly grateful for the opportunity to contribute to this important public project and be part of a larger collective effort shaping the city’s future.
This journey is the result of the dedication of many officials, consultants, engineers, and teams working quietly behind the scenes. We look forward to seeing this vision take form and evolve into a meaningful civic landmark for Chennai.

Honoured to share the inauguration of the Periyar Nagar Public Library (Muthalvar Padaipagam) by the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu on 14th November.

Conceived as an inclusive, future-ready public space; this library cm co-working space reflects our continued commitment to improving the urban and social infrastructure of Chennai.

Heartfelt appreciation to each member of our team, and to all our consultants and collaborators who contributed to realising this project.
