An 8000 Sq Ft. Luxury L’Occitane Spa, along with a Warren Tricomi salon was designed in a strategic location in the Virtuous Retail Mall in Banglore. The Spa features signature L’Occitane branding as well as a mediterranean theme for the interiors. IVR Thyme Park is a residential complex with eight planned buildings comprising of 2BKHs and 3BHKs. These elegant buildings are stilt and seven floors high.

The design, with it’s large open courtyard creates a clean and pleasant environment. It also follows the principles of Vaastu.
The apartments have been designed to allow a perpetual flow of fresh air. A swimming pool, club house, basket ball and volleyball court, children’s play area,multipurpose hall and convenience store are some of the added features of the building.

The design also comprises of a water and sewage treatment plant, back up generators and ample water supply through bore wells and an underground tank.

The large green spaces and a variety of facilities make the space recreational and secure, giving one a sense of tranquility.
