A Proposal for the soul of Nandyal city at Andhra Pradesh. It's a cafe for all ages. Utmost care is taken to keep the building energy efficient and sustainable with good air flow and reducing the heat gain. The structure faces the North and is protected by the shadows of the adjacent buildings at the south and west. The terracotta jaali creates beautiful contrast to the Steel structure. The complete structural elements are made of steel and 80% reusable materials for the skin of the building. The green plants compliment to the good air flow and moisture content due to the dry weather conditions at Nandyal.
