Casa Contour - A proposed Individual Villa at Siruseri,chennai.

Situated on a prominent south-west facing corner plot, this minimalistic villa redefines the relationship between built form and nature. To honor traditional Vastu principles while maximizing the site, an exterior staircase elegantly guides you to an auspicious east-facing entry. We highlighted the stair wall by seamlessly integrating it with the compound wall, finishing it with stunning terracotta louvered jalis that add immense character to the street view.

Climate responsiveness is at the heart of this design. The west-facing facade is protected from the harsh afternoon sun in two beautiful ways: the second-floor balcony is wrapped in a breathable terracotta jali screen, while the first floor relies on a living wall of curtain creepers, acting as a natural thermal barrier to keep the interiors cool.

The true showstopper is the seamless, sweeping balcony that stretches gracefully from the west to the south, emphasizing the corner plot. This soft, curved architectural language flows continuously around the exterior and will be carried straight into the home’s interiors, courtyard, and living spaces for a completely unified, fluid experience. .............................................................................................................

Angular Adobe - A proposed Residence at Kanchipuram.

Nestled on a narrow 22' x 60' plot in Kanchipuram, this residence is a masterclass in spatial efficiency for a young family. Because the home is built wall-to-wall, we looked inward and upward to invite the outside in.
The Design Highlights:
The Heart of the Home: A massive 160 sq.ft internal courtyard anchors the ground floor, flooding the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas with natural light and ventilation.
Vertical Living: To maximize the narrow footprint, private spaces are vertically staggered with one bedroom each on the mezzanine, first, and second floors.
Brutalist Meets Botanical: The facade features a bold, exposed concrete angular wall paired with traditional concrete jalis.
Living Facade: Large balconies span the entire frontage, featuring integrated planter boxes where lush curtain creepers cascade down, softening the raw industrial aesthetic.

Clay Canopy House – Exploded Isometric View
At Clay Canopy House, we created a unique entrance porch where bricks are suspended on 10mm rods and fixed , forming a playful, semi-open canopy.

The gaps between the bricks cast ever-changing shadows, adding a sense of drama and movement through the day. Though they appear light and festive, each brick is engineered to withstand wind loads, rain, and natural forces, ensuring safety while creating a warm, welcoming vibe.

Paired with terracotta jali walls for the car park, the entry experience feels like walking through a celebration — a space that sets the tone for the entire home.

Dualsoul House - A proposed Residence at Poonamallee chennai.

This G+2 residence was a beautiful challenge in harmony: fusing the future-forward vision of our NRI client with his wife's deep connection to the grounded, earthy aesthetic of tradition. We didn't choose a side—we designed a seamless transition between two worlds.

The Exterior: A grounded haven. Earthy tones, sustainable materials, and a timeless aesthetic that feels rooted in the environment. It welcomes you with a traditional Verandah leading into the home's spiritual core.

The Interior: Step inside a tech-enabled smart home. Automation and modern amenities are subtly woven into the fabric of the space. Yet, the soul remains: a serene Traditional Courtyard and Pooja Room anchors the home to its cultural roots.

The Future is CYAN: We used a deliberate, bold splash of CYAN throughout the interior architecture. This is more than just a color—it’s a symbol of the home’s future-ready, tech-enabled core designed to inspire the next generation.

Coexistence House - Aura Garden is an individual residence in Perungudi, Chennai, designed and built by D.L.E.A to blend comfort, privacy, and greenery. Set on a serene corner plot, the home is planned in two zones- shielding from the western heat while opening up to a lush east-facing garden. A triple-height courtyard with a tropical mural feature wall brings the aura of the garden indoors, creating a seamless flow between architecture and nature..

Casa Jaga – A Proposed Modern Medival Villa at Kundrathur .
Blending the warmth of Indian traditions with the romance of Spanish charm, Casa Jaga stands as a unique interpretation of a modern medieval villa.

Our client envisioned a sloped-roof residence that avoided the full traditionality of Kerala architecture, yet embraced timeless materials and proportions. The result?
A harmonious façade of natural stone cladding, terracotta Mangalore tile roofs, and elegant arches, balanced with clean modern lines and open terraces.

It’s a home that feels rooted yet worldly — a fusion of Indianness and Spanish architectural elegance, designed for contemporary living while honoring enduring craftsmanship.

Pixel Screen Residence - An Upcoming Semi Independent House in Anna Nagar.

Set along a busy 50' road, Pixel Screen Residence is a contemporary semi-independent housing complex that balances urban exposure with crafted privacy.

The project comprises:
- A Stilt carparking space
- 2 x 3BHK units on the first floor
- 3 x 2BHK units on the second floor
- A duplex 4BHK across the third and fourth floors, with a semi-open terrace for recreation and a strategically placed courtyard atop for natural light and ventilation.

With a south-facing façade, the design carefully responds to sun and dust exposure.
- West-facing balconies are shielded with bold perforated metal screens
- South-east balconies remain porous, embracing light and breeze

The home’s architectural character emerges from angular balcony projections and non-typical floor plans, all while maintaining Vasthu compliance. The pixelated metal screens do more than shade — they shape the identity of the building, filtering chaos into calm.

Framed Corner House - A Proposed Residence in Kolathur.,Chennai.
A seamless blend of modern geometry and Indian sensibility, this semi-independent residence in Kolathur features a 2BHK rental unit on the ground floor and a spacious 4BHK duplex above.

Set on a corner plot, the home is anchored by bold C-frame edges that express structure while embracing the site. Clad in white volumes, brick textures, and wooden ceiling accents, the design filters natural light through parametric circular jali screens, offering both privacy and soft illumination.
