Project Update - # 10
It was a concrete feast yesterday.
We casted the roof slab with OPC Cement – that is always our default quality,
Almost completed 50% of the work of the twinning house, As committed to the the client the roof dates we completed on time , Our team had worked day night to complete the work.
We work 24/7

Project Update # 10.
"TWINNING HOUSE for a new appealing in 100 days"

Lintel Concrete -
We have casted the beams and lintel level concrete works happily on time as mentioned dates , No delay in progress,Even though the temperature was unbearable extreme heat , Our team had overcome all the hard times and made it , and also we have trained ourselfs to work on both day and Night shifts,

Brick Work -
Brickwork was done with perfection to the core with perfect picture and levels on each segment of structures throughout the house, and curing was done everyday to strengthen the brickwork.
We use one tested quality Redbrick for construction,

Centring work -
As per Clients wish we had made the centring work with New scaffolding material which will give a perfect finish after decentering .
As you can see both the centring and de-centring work in the picture

Concrete Mixture -
Concrete is mixed with ISO standard's on a mixture machine with is done on site traditionally, We do always stand near the mixture machine for best proposition and to maintain the quality on concrete, we stand to count the bonds of mixtures during concrete for best results.

PROJECT Update # 10 -

We dint post any updates regarding this project till now, because client asked us not to do any post regarding this site till basement to be completed, Even the Elevation of the building.

And now after his approval we are here to share our updates regarding this project. Below are the actual site pictures and the finalized elevation of this Residential duplex Villa,

Construction work in full swing,

It’s an Individual duplex villa of Residential type of two numbers one next to the other for the brothers
We have completed the concrete and footing work with most effective methods in todays construction industry and also have done terminate proof for footing and foundation as per ISO Standards,
We have done a coat of black tar paint on the column made inside the excavated pit for preventing the structure from pesticides.

Coming to the brickwork –
The basement have been completed with Red brick as per clients wish, we maintain standards and quality even in the brickwork of basement , you can see the pics attached below for reference, these are the actual site photos, we do pointing even in the basement brickwork.
