We Did Not Design This.
As architects, we do design spaces with thought and intent.
But even the most thoughtfully designed space reveals its fullest character only after it is lived in.
We love to revisit homes we’ve designed, especially after the clients have settled in.
The architecture remains strong, but life begins to layer itself over it.
Small artefacts appear.
Personal choices surface.
Unexpected moments take form.
And that’s when the space truly comes alive.
Human interests can never be boxed.
The real strength of good design is that it allows room to grow, to adapt, and to express individuality.
In one of our interior projects, a balcony came alive with bright divine bricks. Paired with a simple painted pot holding a neem plant, it became the heart of the home - brimming with character.
In another home with clean contemporary interiors, the Mizoram-inspired artefacts, soft pinks and lavender decor softened the space, turning it into something cozy, calm, and welcoming.
This is the beauty of architecture.
A well-designed space does not dictate - it supports.
It allows different interpretations, emotions, and expressions.
What feels muted to one may feel peaceful to another.
What feels vibrant to one may feel overwhelming to someone else.
For us, the real joy lies in seeing a client fully own the space—watching architecture evolve from a carefully designed vision into a lived experience.
We design the framework.
Life fills it with meaning.
