Baked Soya Chunks | Soya Chunks Roast | Less Oil | Soya Recipes | Tamil
Soya chunks are made using soy flour that has been βdefattedβ or the oil is removed. Soya chunks are restrained with low fat than protein, carbohydrates, calcium, iron, and energy value.

π Ingredients
Soya Chunks - 100grms.
Curd - 1 tbsp.
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Fish / Chicken fry Masala - 2 tsp.
Red Chili powder - 1 tsp.
Oil - 2 tbsp.
π³ Preparation Method
1. Rinse and soak the soya chunks for 15 mins in warm water.
2. Take a bowl, add Curd, Salt, Fish fry masala, Chilli powder, Oil, and mix well.
3. Add the soaked soya chunks and mix well, Keep it for 15 mins
4. Preheat the oven at 160'c for 5 mins
5. Spread the soya chunks on Oven plate and Bake it for 15 mins at 160'c
6. Now yummy tasty Baked Soya chunks is ready. Serve with Rice and dal. You can eat it as evening snacks also.
