We had an amazing 3day masterclass for our Diploma in bakery and pastry arts students with the super talented .
Loved both the cakes, each having different techniques.
Thank you samie for coming over to Coimbatore and sharing your expertise in designing wedding cakes.
Stacking and assembly of the no dummy 4 tier wedding cake was an experience by itself.
Thank you for helping each and every student individually to achieve best results all by themselves. You're truly a hero and have inspired each one of them.

What's a celebration without a good cake? Everyone's eyes are upon the cake in every celebration and a good cake will be spoken about and remembered by everyone. Learn to make such eye-pleasing, delicious cakes with Latha's Culinary Journey!
