Not just a banquet. A destination designed to create moments people remember for a lifetime.

For this project in Jalandhar, our vision was to move away from the idea of a “traditional wedding venue” and instead create an experience that feels timeless, cinematic, and globally inspired. Every line, proportion, material, and lighting decision was made to evoke a sense of arrival — the kind of space that immediately feels grand, yet refined.

The architecture was intentionally designed with strong symmetry, soaring verticals, and a restrained material palette to create a statement without unnecessary excess. We wanted the building to feel luxurious in a quiet, confident way — where elegance comes from proportion, detailing, atmosphere, and scale rather than ornamentation alone.

One of the biggest focuses during the design process was how the structure transforms from day to night. In daylight, the form feels bold and architectural. By evening, the lighting takes over — highlighting textures, framing the façade, and turning the entire property into an immersive visual experience. The landscape lighting, palm-lined approach, warm ambient glow, and layered exterior illumination were all carefully planned to create a feeling of celebration before guests even step inside.

Inside and out, the idea was simple: create a venue worthy of life’s biggest moments. Weddings, celebrations, family milestones — spaces that people don’t just visit, but emotionally connect with.

A new benchmark in luxury hospitality begins here. ✨

Designed as more than just a banquet destination, this 65,000 sq. ft. space was envisioned to create an experience — one that feels grand the moment you arrive, yet timeless enough to stay relevant for decades. From the architectural proportions to the lighting mood, every detail was carefully curated to reflect understated luxury rather than excess.

The design philosophy revolved around three core ideas:
• Monumental scale with warmth
• Modern luxury with timeless character
• Seamless end-to-end ex*****on

The façade was crafted to create a powerful first impression — bold horizontal rooflines, towering double-height volumes, warm ambient lighting, and a landscape approach inspired by international luxury resorts. The intention was to make the building feel iconic both during the day and even more dramatic after sunset.

Inside, every element has been designed keeping flow, functionality, and emotion in mind — from guest arrival sequences to spatial planning, lighting layers, material palettes, and the overall atmosphere of celebration. Luxury is not only about what you see, but about what you feel while experiencing the space.

What makes this project even more special is that it has been handled as a complete end-to-end vision — from conceptualization and design development to ex*****on detailing and on-ground realization. Every line, proportion, texture, and finish was considered with precision to ensure the final outcome feels cohesive, elevated, and unforgettable.

Projects like these are a reminder that architecture is not just about constructing buildings — it’s about creating destinations, memories, and experiences that people associate with life’s biggest moments.

An intimate lounge envisioned as a quiet retreat within the home — layered, moody, and deeply atmospheric.

For this space in Defence Colony, New Delhi, the idea was to create a setting that feels cinematic yet comforting; a room designed equally for slow evenings, private conversations, and effortless entertaining.

The palette stays intentionally restrained — deep charcoal wall paneling, warm walnut herringbone flooring, soft bouclé seating, sheer linen drapes, and a monochromatic scenic mural that adds depth without overwhelming the space. A sculptural smoked-glass chandelier becomes the focal point, casting a soft ambient glow that changes character through the day.

Every element was chosen to balance richness with restraint. Curved silhouettes soften the architecture, layered textures add warmth, and the lighting was carefully planned to create intimacy rather than brightness.

A study in understated luxury — where comfort, mood, and materiality quietly take center stage.

Designed to feel cinematic, intimate, and timeless.

This living room was built around contrast — deep blackened wood tones, textured panel detailing, soft ambient lighting, and warm reflective surfaces that completely transform the mood at night. Instead of relying on excessive décor, we focused on layering materials, lighting, and textures to create depth and atmosphere.

The chandelier acts as the centerpiece of the space, adding elegance and softness against the darker palette, while the black marble center table grounds the room with a bold, luxurious presence. Lighter sofas and the distressed monochrome rug were intentionally introduced to balance the richness of the darker walls and maintain visual warmth.

Every detail — from the fireplace glow to the subtle ceiling lighting and curated styling pieces — was designed to make the space feel immersive, calm, and effortlessly luxurious.

Designing a great bar is never just about aesthetics.
It’s about creating a mood, an atmosphere, and an experience people remember long after the night ends.

For this project, we wanted to create a space that felt intimate, luxurious, and cinematic — where deep navy tones, warm ambient lighting, rich textures, and layered details come together seamlessly.

From the custom upholstery and statement lighting to the dramatic bar display and carefully curated material palette, every element was designed to elevate the experience and give the space its own identity.

The goal was simple: create a bar that doesn’t just look beautiful in photographs, but feels unforgettable in person.

At Bard Spaces, we believe hospitality spaces should tell a story — through lighting, textures, proportions, and emotion.
