This is a contemporary luxury multi-storey residential facade designed with a strong vertical composition and a warm, premium material palette.
1. Overall architectural concept
The facade uses a tall, narrow massing to make the building appear more elegant and vertically stretched. The design is organized around a central stack of balconies, with two strong vertical side elements framing the entire building.
The overall style can be described as modern luxury + contemporary minimalism, with some Art Deco-inspired curves.
2. Main facade elements
Vertical side frames
Large stone-look fins run almost the full height.
Their curved upper profiles soften the otherwise rigid geometry.
Integrated vertical LED strips emphasize the building's height at night.
These elements act almost like a visual frame around the central façade.
Central balconies
Each floor has a projecting balcony with rounded corners.
The balcony parapets have a taupe stone finish.
Dark ribbed bands underneath the balconies create horizontal contrast.
The repeated balcony design gives the facade a strong rhythm.
The combination of light stone look + dark metal + warm lighting is what gives the façade its upscale appearance.
3. Balcony design
The balconies are one of the strongest features.
Each balcony combines:
Rounded shape parapet
Transparent/dark railing
Planters and greenery
Warm linear ceiling lighting
Vertical wall cladding behind the balcony
The plants introduce a natural element and prevent the façade from feeling too hard or overly industrial.
4. Lighting strategy
The lighting is particularly important.
There are concealed linear LEDs beneath the balcony slabs, producing a continuous horizontal glow. The vertical LED strips on the side frames reinforce the building's height.
