1large chopped Onion
ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
5-6 Green chilli chopped
Handful fresh coriander & mint chopped
Salt as ur taste
4 tbsp gram flour ( besan) roasted
2tsb roasted coriander coarsely grind
3-4 Dry Red chilli roasted grind
Oil for frying

1 medium size sliced onion
2 medium size tomato paste
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp Green chilli paste
1 tbsp Red chilli powder
1 tbsp Garam masala powder
1 / 2 tbsp roasted zeera powder
1 tbsp kaleji methi
Salt as ur taste
2 tbsp Curd
Oil 1/2 cup
water as required

Prepare time 15 - 20 minutes
