5 ingredients laddu

5-Ingredient Laddu Recipe

Ingredients:

Ghee – 2 tbsp

Desiccated coconut – 2 cups

Milk powder – ¾ cup

Sugar – ¾ cup

Cardamom powder – optional (for flavor)

Kesar milk – optional (for decoration)

Instructions:

1. Heat 2 tablespoons of ghee in a kadhai (pan).

2. Add the desiccated coconut and toast it on low flame for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring continuously.

3. Add milk and mix well for about 2 minutes.

4. Add milk powder and sugar. Mix everything until the mixture starts to bind together and leaves the sides of the pan.

5. Let the mixture cool slightly.

6. Once cool enough to handle, shape the mixture into small laddus.

7. Optional: Add a pinch of cardamom powder for enhanced flavor.

8. Optional: Decorate with kesar milk for an extra touch.
