Sipping on this heavenly Pina Colada at The Cape, Goa is truly an unforgettable experience! The stunning views of the beach and the beautiful ambience make it the perfect spot for a romantic evening or a fun night out with friends. The service is top-notch, although I recommend making a prior reservation to avoid any disappointments.

While the service can be improved somewhat, but it doesn't take away from the overall amazing experience. The Cape is definitely a must-visit spot in Goa for anyone looking for an unforgettable evening.

P.S. I ordered a dish and never got it.

The Ultimate Dry Fruit Cake

Who says eggless cakes can't be delicious? This dry fruit cake with a hint of cocoa powder and milk powder is the perfect example of how you can make a scrumptious cake without eggs. Plus, it's loaded with mixed dry fruits for an extra boost of flavor and nutrition. Perfect for an afternoon tea or a dessert treat. Give it a try and let me know what you think! 🍰🍫🥛

Ingredients:

1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 cup milk powder
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup mixed dry fruits (raisins, chopped almonds, chopped cashews, etc.)
Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch cake pan.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, milk powder, baking powder, and baking soda.

In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the sugar, vegetable oil, milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.

Fold in the mixed dry fruits.

Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.

Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.

Use a knife to loosen the edges of the cake from the pan, then remove the cake from the pan and let it cool completely on a wire rack.

Once the cake has cooled, slice and serve. Enjoy your delicious eggless dry fruit cake with a hint of cocoa powder and milk powder!

Now, let's talk about the desserts. Babka's pastries and cakes are nothing short of divine. Each dessert is crafted with care and attention to detail, using only the freshest and highest quality ingredients. Also, I did not get to try their sandwiches as I was already so full, but they looked very appetizing. So make sure to try that as well.
