Sometimes, one piece does the work of both art and light.
This edit brings together wall lamps chosen for their form first, pieces that hold their own as sculptures, and happen to switch on.
Inspired by jewelry, Gioielli combines a glass ‘gem’ with a hand-textured brass disc. The Gioielli can be separated into single elements to create custom compositions. The final product becomes more like an art piece specific to each space.
Named after the Japanese term for the “floating world,” Ukiyo’s layered mesh fabric softens light into a diffused glow while also absorbing sound. Available as a single wall piece or grouped into larger compositions.
A hand-applied layer of gold, silver, or copper leaf gives Luna Piena its lunar surface texture, catching and reflecting light rather than simply emitting it. Works equally well as a wall or ceiling piece.
Wound by hand into ethereal, almost transparent spheres, Blum turns a cold material into something that reads as soft and organic. Ideal where a fixture needs to feel more like a sculpture than a light source.
A glass tube appears to float inside a concrete base flecked with recycled glass shards from Brokis’s own glassworks. Suited to compositions of multiple units for larger walls.
Sinuous metal branches extend into delicate points of light, creating an organic composition that feels more like a sculptural element than a conventional wall light. Finished with satin, transparent, or smoked glass, Linfa can be arranged to bring a fluid, branching rhythm to the wall.
