The art of the process.

Before a space takes its final form, there are countless stages that quietly shape it — the raw site, the structure, the proportions, and every decision that follows.

What begins as an unfinished site slowly becomes the architecture we imagined.

For us, the process is just as important as the final result.

From raw structure to refined space — one stage at a time.

A floor can do more than complete a room. It can define it.

From subtle inlays and contrasting borders to geometric patterns and carefully placed details, flooring is one of those elements we believe deserves as much thought as the walls, ceiling and furniture around it.

Different materials, different patterns, different spaces — but the same approach: getting the proportions, composition and detailing right.

Because sometimes, the most beautiful part of a space is the detail you notice only when you look down.

A look at some of our flooring details at N.K. Architects.

A day in my life as the founder of N.K. Architects.

Today, we visited the marble factory for one of our ongoing projects — checking the slabs, understanding the cuts and making sure the material is exactly right for the space we’re creating.

A lot of what you finally see in a home starts with these visits, long before the marble reaches the site.

Because for us, every material has to be chosen with intention.

A little behind-the-scenes of the process at N.K. Architects.

Where Classical Elegance Meets the Garden.

A timeless dining space crafted in a classical language, where intricate flooring patterns, refined detailing and a grand Georgian window come together effortlessly.

Designed to overlook the greens, the dining table becomes more than a place to dine—it becomes a space to pause, connect and experience the beauty outside.

Because exceptional design isn’t just about how a space looks. It’s about how it makes you feel.

For residences where every detail deserves to be designed.

Slab casting is one of those stages where the details matter more than they seem.

Before the concrete is poured, there are a few important things that need to be checked carefully — because once the slab is cast, correcting certain mistakes can become difficult and expensive.

In this reel, we’re sharing the key things to keep in mind while casting a slab so the work is done right from the beginning.

At N.K. Architects, we believe quality is not just about how a finished space looks — it starts with how carefully it is built.

A detail you may never see — but one that can make a difference to how a space is designed.

A sunkan slab is created by lowering a portion of the slab, traditionally to accommodate plumbing and other services within the floor zone. Once finished, these services can remain concealed, helping maintain a cleaner and more refined appearance.

But like any construction detail, it isn’t simply about making something “hidden.” It needs to be planned carefully, considering waterproofing, maintenance, plumbing routes, structural requirements and the long-term performance of the space.

Brickwork may look simple, but the details decided before and during it can make a real difference to the final build.

Before the first brick is laid, there are a few things that deserve attention — details that are easy to overlook but important for the quality, finish and longevity of your home.

We’ve put together 5 things you should keep in mind before starting brickwork.

Because at N.K. Architects, we believe good architecture starts long before the finished walls.

Save this before your brickwork begins.

A bedroom designed to feel, not just to impress.

There’s a certain calm in getting the balance right — the softness of the fabric, the warmth of the lighting, the sculpted arch and the quiet detailing that brings everything together.

For us, luxury is never about adding more. It’s about understanding the space, giving every element a purpose, and creating an atmosphere that feels personal to the people who live in it.

A quiet expression of refined living.
