I will suggest all sellers not to use PayPal for their business as PayPal is not providing support when sellers need to refund for their eBay orders. Check screenshot to see their negligent attitude. It's something not to believe that their online/offline seller support is closed due to covid-19. In this case, sellers will have to refund via their credit card and PayPal is charging them at conversion rate of 80.60 per USD however the current conversion rate is around 75.95 per USD as per CBIC. They are also not providing support or replying via emails.
