A composition of offset volumes and controlled projections.

The upper mass floats, wrapped in vertical screens that filter light and soften exposure. A precise blue frame traces the geometry, defining edges and anchoring the form.

Below, transparency opens the living plane to the landscape. Glass dissolves boundaries, while stone and metal establish weight and permanence.

Movement is layered — from shaded terraces to open courts — creating a calibrated transition between inside and outside.

Material contrast drives the expression. Warm timber, cool concrete, and reflective glazing come together as a single, disciplined language.

A house shaped by structure, framed by light, and resolved through proportion.
