* 1 cup Vegetables of Your Choice (finely chopped)
* 1 tsp Homemade Raita Masala

* 1 cup Soaked Yellow Moong Dal (Split & Skinned)
* 2 Green Chilies
* ½ tsp Fennel Seeds
* Salt to Taste
* ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
* 1-inch Ginger
* 1 Small Carrot
* 2 tbsp Yogurt (Curd)
* 2 tbsp Gram Flour (Besan)
* ¼ cup Fresh Coriander Leaves, chopped
* ½ tsp Carom Seeds (Ajwain)
* Whole Wheat Flour, as required
* 1 tbsp Ghee
For Topping
* ¼ cup Onion, finely chopped
