A New Expression of Luxury Mixed-Use Architecture

Designing this mixed-use façade was an exercise in balance between the openness of commercial activity at the lower levels and the quiet, private rhythm of residential life above.
The ground + first floor are framed with tall, finely-proportioned arches that soften the building’s massing while giving the commercial zone a grand yet inviting presence. Vertical fins and muted textures emphasize height while maintaining privacy and solar shading.
As the structure rises, the architectural language transitions into warm horizontal planes — expressed through ribbed wooden soffits, recessed balconies, and a refined play of light. Each residential floor is designed as an open-to-sky living edge, integrating greenery and generous railings to create breathing terraces. The layered balcony system not only breaks the height visually but also creates a natural micro-climate that cools the façade.
The topmost level is crowned with an extended roof slab and warm ceiling panels, giving the building a resort-like finish against the skyline. Integrated LED detailing highlights the geometry, ensuring the façade remains elegant in both daylight and monsoon evenings like this.
This project embodies our approach at Admira Designs — a façade that feels luxurious, climate-responsive, and human-centred, designed to seamlessly hold both commercial vibrancy and residential calm within one cohesive architectural statement.
