Proposed Mall at Gorakhpur , here we have proposed Automatic Puzzle system based Parking system requiring minimal human intervention and parking cycle time of 2.5 minute per car . No Ramp has been provided instead car lift top of which shall align with ground level when not working hence shall not obstruct side setback in any manner . Redundancy of 2 has been taken for any emergency . We have been successful in increasing parking capacity by 2.5 times from conventional system .Break even shall be achieved in 3 years apart from enabling us to satisfy increased parking requirement of new development rules .

This is proposed shopping Mall at Gorakhpur designed by tps architect for a Local Realty Developer .This is only second mall coming at Gorakhpur and depicts uneven development in India ( Don't forget it is a town which services seven to eight districts with captive population of around 40 milllion) . This is a very Important project of tps architect and it's main features are 2 screen Miniplex ( we are proposing miniplex to get around idiotic and senseless development bye laws of U.P. Government . We plan to use translucent concrete for some external wall's ( First in India ) this is a very simple technology but gives a dramatic impact along with being green and optimizes the use of day light . Terrace garden has been proposed on two floors and shall be monetized by being used as party area as well as for marriage .
