25 years ago, two young architects walked onto a plot of land in Dera Mandi.

Their role back then? Junior architects on their first real project.

Their role today? Principal Architects (MAa), designing commercial, residential, luxury projects PAN India.

But 20 years ago, they were here. At Dera Mandi Farmhouse.
