How I started it!
Hey, baking was my long time passion. My knowledge about food industry boosted when I joined a learning institute after age 50. Still I was energetic enough to stand for those long 12 hours and work in the pantry with the age group of 20s. The locality I am living has a number of home bakers, kids who shows interest in healthy baking and local shops who engage in seasonal sweet meats like chocolates for Raksha Bandhan, Diwali, Christmas etc. However, I found that we all have to go a long way far from our place to buy ingredients, packing materials, tools, decorative materials etc. Then the idea came to my mind that why don’t I open a store where I can keep the essentials for the confectionery needs! (I was good in theory... .. ). Since I have knowledge about the materials used, how they are used, in what all recipes a ingredient can be used. Thus for the passion of the sweets, I started this retail store. I tried storing as much as I can for now. However, the items will be gradually filling my shop space!!
