Corn Fritters ASMR

Recipe:
Take 1 corn cob and insert toothpick vertically in each row.
Pull gently—5–6 corn kernels will come out together on each stick.
Make slurry:
Corn flour
Ginger garlic paste
Salt
Red chili powder
Black pepper
Chaat masala
Little water
Dip each corn stick in slurry.
Coat with breadcrumbs.
Deep fry until golden & crispy.

Fueling My Day With Mangoes And Omega 3

Ingredients
Aam (Mango): 1 bada paka hua aam (puree banane ke liye).
Chia Seeds: 2 bade chammach (tablespoons).
Doodh ya Pani: 1 cup (Aap coconut milk ya badam ka doodh bhi use kar sakte hain).
Sweetener: 1 chammach honey ya maple syrup (agar aam kam meetha ho).
Garnish: Thode se barik kate hue aam ke tukde aur pudina (mint).
Banane ka Tareeka
Chia Seeds ko Bhigona:
Sabse pehle chia seeds ko aadhe cup pani ya doodh mein kam se kam 20-30 minute ke liye bhigo kar rakh dein jab tak wo phool kar jelly jaise na ho jayein. (Behtar results ke liye aap ise raat bhar fridge mein bhi rakh sakte hain).
Mango Puree Taiyar Karna:
Aam ko chheel kar uske tukde karein aur blender mein daal kar ek smooth puree bana lein. Agar aapko drink thodi patli chahiye, toh ismein thoda sa pani ya doodh mix kar lein.
Mixing:
Ek glass mein pehle bhigoye hue chia seeds daalein, phir upar se mango puree add karein. Dono ko halke haath se mix karein taaki ek badhiya texture dikhe.
Serving:
Upar se barik kate hue aam ke tukde aur barf (ice cubes) daalein. Thanda-thanda serve karein!

Golden Sauce Maggie ASMR

Ingredients
Maggie: 1 packet
Doodh (Milk): 1.5 cup
Makkhan (Butter): 1 bada chammach
Maida: 1 bada chammach
Cheese Slice/Grated: 1 (optional, par badiya lagta hai)
Maggie Masala (Tastemaker): Sirf aadha ya taste ke liye
Veggies: Shimla mirch, sweet corn, ya pyaaz (jo bhi pasand ho)
Seasoning: Chilli flakes aur Oregano
Steps to Make It
Maggie Boila Karein:
Maggie ko plain paani mein boil kar lein (jaise pasta boil karte hain). Jab 90% pak jaye, toh paani nikaal dein aur Maggie ko side mein rakh dein.
Veggies Saute Karein:
Pan mein thoda sa makkhan garam karein aur apni pasand ki sabziyaan 1-2 minute ke liye halki fry kar ke nikaal lein.
The White Sauce (Main Step):
Usi pan mein thoda aur makkhan dalein aur maida daal kar halka bhunein (dhyan rahe maida brown na ho, bas kachapan nikal jaye).
Ab dheere-dheere doodh dalein aur lagatar chalate rahein taaki lumps na banein.
Jab sauce thoda gaadha hone lage, toh usme cheese slice daal dein.
The Color Trick:
Agar aapko color bilkul white chahiye, toh Maggie Masala mat daliye. Uski jagah sirf namak aur thodi kali mirch dalein.
Lekin agar masala ka swad chahiye, toh boil ki hui Maggie par masala sprinkle karein aur fir usse sauce mein mix karein. Isse rang poora yellow nahi hoga, bas halka 'off-white' creamish dikhega.
Mix & Serve:
Boil ki hui Maggie aur fried veggies ko sauce mein milayein. Upar se chilli flakes aur oregano sprinkle karein.

Bael Shikanji With Gond Katira

Ingredients (Saman)
Bael: 1 bada (paka hua)
Gond Katira: 1 chammach (raat bhar bhigoya hua)
Paani: 3-4 glass (thanda)
Meetha: Misri ya cheeni (swad anusar)
Masale: Kala namak, bhuna jeera powder, aur thoda sa pudina (optional)
Step-by-Step Recipe
1. Gond Katira Tayyar Karein:
Gond Katira ke 2-3 chhote tukde raat bhar ek cup paani mein bhigo kar rakh dein. Subah tak wo phool kar bilkul jelly jaisa ho jayega.
2. Bael ka Guda (Pulp) Nikalein:
Bael ko thok kar tod lein aur chammach ki madad se uska sara guda ek bade bartan mein nikal lein.
3. Paani aur Mash:
Us gude mein 2 glass paani dalein aur haath se ya masher se ache se mash karein taaki guda aur reshe (fibers) alag ho jayein.
Note: Isse kabhi bhi Mixer mein na chalayein, kyunki bael ke beej kadwe hote hain aur p*shne par poora swad kharab kar denge.
4. Chhaanna (Straining):
Ab is mishran ko ek badi chhalni (strainer) se chhaan lein taaki beej aur mote reshe nikal jayein. Aapko ek gaadha juice mil jayega.
5. Final Mix:
Is gaadhe juice mein bacha hua thanda paani milayein.
Isme swad anusar cheeni ya p*si hui misri dalein.
Kala namak aur bhuna jeera powder milayein.
6. Serving:
Glass mein 1-2 chammach bhigoya hua Gond Katira dalein, upar se tayyar Bael ki shikanji dalein. Thoda sa pudina aur barf (ice cubes) daal kar thanda-thanda serve karein.

Ingredients:
6 bread slices (white or milk bread, edges removed)
2 ripe mangoes (puree + cubes)
2 cups milk
3 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp custard powder (vanilla)
1/2 cup whipped cream or fresh cream
2 tbsp condensed milk (optional, extra rich)
Mango chunks for layers
Dry fruits/p*sta for garnish
Step 1: Mango Custard Layer
Thoda cold milk me custard powder mix karo
Baaki milk + sugar boil karo
Custard mix add karo, thick hone do
Cool hone ke baad mango puree + fresh cream mix karo
Step 2: Bread Base
Bread slices ko glass dish me bichao
Light milk ya mango juice se slightly soak karo
Step 3: Layering
Bread layer
Mango custard layer
Mango cubes
Repeat 2–3 layers
Step 4: Chill
2–3 hours fridge me set karo

Bread ko butter laga ke golden crispy toast kar lo.
Cream cheese + honey mix karke bread par spread karo.

Grandma’s Secret: Sadiyon purana swasthya ka raaz.

Ingredients:
Paka hua Bael: 1 bada
Gur (Jaggery): 4-5 bade chammach (ya swad anusar), koota hua ya powder
Thanda Paani: 4 glass
Kala Namak: ½ chammach (Gur ke saath iska taste khul kar aata hai)
Nimbu ka Ras: 1 bada chammach (Optional, balance ke liye)
Banane ka Tarika:
Pulp Taiyar Karein: Bael ko tod kar uska guda (pulp) ek bade bartan mein nikal lein. Isme 2 glass paani dal kar 15-20 minute ke liye chhod dein taaki pulp naram ho jaye.
Hathon se Maslein: Apne saaf hathon se pulp ko achi tarah maslein (mash karein). Yaad rakhein, mixer ka use bilkul nahi karna hai, nahi toh beej p*s jayenge aur sharbat kadwa ho jayega.
Gur Milayein: Ab is masle huye pulp mein koota hua Gur dalein. Gur ko Bael ke mixture ke saath tab tak mix karein jab tak wo puri tarah ghul na jaye.
Chaan lein: Ek badi chalni (strainer) se is mixture ko achi tarah chaan lein taaki saare beej aur sakht reshe (fibers) nikal jayein.
Final Touch: Bache huye 2 glass thanda paani, isme milayein. Ise achi tarah stir karein.
Serving: Thandi ice cubes ke saath ise glass mein parosein.

Viral Coconut 🥥 Icecream|No Straining No Machine ASMR

🌴 Ingredients:
1 hard coconut (nariyal) – shell + coconut water + malai
2 cups chilled full cream milk
1 cup fresh cream / whipped cream
4 tbsp condensed milk
4 tbsp sugar (adjust taste)
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 tbsp milk powder (extra creamy texture)
2 tbsp grated coconut
Optional: chopped nuts / chocolate / mango bits
🔪 Step 1: Coconut Prep
Coconut ko carefully 2 equal halves me cut karo.
Coconut water nikal lo.
White coconut flesh (malai) scrape karke pieces bana lo.
Shell ko ache se wash karke dry kar lo (ye serving bowl banega 😍).
🥥 Step 2: Coconut Base
Blender me coconut flesh + coconut water + milk daal ke smooth blend karo.
Is mixture ko strain kar sakte ho agar silky texture chahiye.
🍦 Step 3: Ice Cream Mix
Ek bowl me fresh cream ko thoda whisk karo.
Add condensed milk, sugar, vanilla, milk powder.
Coconut mixture add karo.
Grated coconut aur optional toppings mix karo.
❄️ Step 4: Freeze
Mixture ko coconut shells me pour karo.
Foil ya cling wrap se cover karo.
6–8 hours freeze karo.
2–3 ghante baad ek baar stir karoge to aur creamy banegi.
