Golden Sauce Maggie ASMR
Ingredients
Maggie: 1 packet
Doodh (Milk): 1.5 cup
Makkhan (Butter): 1 bada chammach
Maida: 1 bada chammach
Cheese Slice/Grated: 1 (optional, par badiya lagta hai)
Maggie Masala (Tastemaker): Sirf aadha ya taste ke liye
Veggies: Shimla mirch, sweet corn, ya pyaaz (jo bhi pasand ho)
Seasoning: Chilli flakes aur Oregano
Steps to Make It
Maggie Boila Karein:
Maggie ko plain paani mein boil kar lein (jaise pasta boil karte hain). Jab 90% pak jaye, toh paani nikaal dein aur Maggie ko side mein rakh dein.
Veggies Saute Karein:
Pan mein thoda sa makkhan garam karein aur apni pasand ki sabziyaan 1-2 minute ke liye halki fry kar ke nikaal lein.
The White Sauce (Main Step):
Usi pan mein thoda aur makkhan dalein aur maida daal kar halka bhunein (dhyan rahe maida brown na ho, bas kachapan nikal jaye).
Ab dheere-dheere doodh dalein aur lagatar chalate rahein taaki lumps na banein.
Jab sauce thoda gaadha hone lage, toh usme cheese slice daal dein.
The Color Trick:
Agar aapko color bilkul white chahiye, toh Maggie Masala mat daliye. Uski jagah sirf namak aur thodi kali mirch dalein.
Lekin agar masala ka swad chahiye, toh boil ki hui Maggie par masala sprinkle karein aur fir usse sauce mein mix karein. Isse rang poora yellow nahi hoga, bas halka 'off-white' creamish dikhega.
Mix & Serve:
Boil ki hui Maggie aur fried veggies ko sauce mein milayein. Upar se chilli flakes aur oregano sprinkle karein.
