Today’s Iftar is packed with WHO-recommended nutrition to maintain my energy levels, prevent headaches, and relieve constipation. Here’s what’s on my plate:

Sprouts-Fiber-rich foods (Aid digestion and prevent constipation.
🥩 Lean protein (grilled chicken and lentil soup) – Keeps me full and helps muscle recovery.
🥗 Hydrating foods (cucumber, yogurt, and watermelon) – Prevent dehydration and headaches.
