A utility space doesn’t have to look messy—it can become a design feature. ✨

This custom utility rack is designed to hide away everything you need—your mop, wiper, ironing board, cleaning essentials, laundry basket, and all the everyday clutter—while maintaining a clean, seamless, and modern aesthetic.

My favourite detail, though, is the integrated seating right beside it. The slab creates a comfortable spot to sit, while the space underneath is perfect for additional laundry baskets or storage. The backsplash is finished with sleek k***s, making it easy to hang towels or bathroom essentials without disrupting the design.

I believe the best interiors aren’t just beautiful—they make everyday life effortless. It’s these thoughtful details that truly elevate a home.

Nobody talks about the less glamorous side of interior design—the ducts, trap doors, access panels, and all the elements that can disrupt a clean ceiling or wall finish.

At our site, we believe great design lies in the details. Instead of letting these necessities become visual distractions, we seamlessly integrate them into the design language. By cladding veneer over plywood or SDHMR and finishing it with a polished surface, we create concealed access points that blend effortlessly with the interiors.

The result? Clean lines, uninterrupted surfaces, and a refined aesthetic. And if desired, this treatment can even become a design feature in itself—adding warmth, texture, and character to the space.

Because luxury isn’t just about what you see—it’s also about how thoughtfully the hidden details are handled.
