Handworkz Handworkz is a organization that works for upliftment and empowerment of tribal artisans and under privilege women of India to market the tribal art.

We source handicrafts from different corners of India. we work towards the welfare of artisans. Our aims are two fold, to provide artisans a decent wage for their labour and to try and prevent the migration of labour from India’s villages to other cities by creating employment in villages. Most of our artisans are poor (they depend on their art to survive), hard working, and honest. We also give p

reference to women artisans. Our artisans are involved in the manufacture of crafts that are exclusively hand made. The processes involved depend on skills that have been passed from generation to generation. Moreover, the production process is labour intensive and creates employment on a far greater scale than any other mechanized form of manufacturing.
