Cancellation policy:
We customize the products as per our customer's requirement and due to this we do not have the option to cancel any order once placed. Under no circumstance the order once placed shall be cancelled. Refund/replace policy:
We not only ensure to make the product as per our customer's needs but also make sure that it reaches safely at it's destination. We wrap and pack each product carefully and with utmost care. However, as we use a third party vendor for delivery purposes, any claim for missing/damaged item shall only be considered if there is an opening video of the sealed package.
