Homemade Noodles 🍝 | Healthy Version of Noodles
🏷️ Ingredients:-
✅ For the Noodles:
* 1 cup All-purpose flour or Whole wheat flour (for a healthier option)
* Water (as needed to make a smooth, pliable dough)
* A pinch of salt
* 1 tsp oil
✅ For the Stir-Fry:
* 1 tbsp Oil
* 1 tsp Sesame seeds
* 1 small Onion, sliced
* 1 Green chili, chopped
* 1/2 Capsicum (Green bell pepper), thinly sliced
* 1/2 cup Cabbage, shredded
* 2 tbsp Tomato ketchup or Chili sauce
* 1 tbsp Soy sauce
* Salt to taste
🏷️ Step-by-Step Instructions:-
1] Prep the Noodles:
1️⃣ Roll out your noodle dough into thin, round sheets.
2️⃣ Bring a wide pan of water to a boil, adding a pinch of salt and a drizzle of oil.
3️⃣ Drop the rolled dough sheets directly into the boiling water and cook for 2–3 minutes until they firm up.
4️⃣ Remove the sheets, let them cool slightly, and use a pizza cutter or knife to slice them into perfect, thick noodle strands.
2] Stir-Fry the Veggies:-
1️⃣ Heat oil in a pan and toss in the sesame seeds, sliced onions, and green chilies. Sauté for a minute.
2️⃣ Add the sliced capsicum and shredded cabbage. Stir-fry on high heat to keep them crunchy.
3️⃣ Toss and Serve
Add the tomato ketchup, soy sauce, and a pinch of salt to the veggies.
4️⃣ Drop in your freshly cut homemade noodles and toss everything together until beautifully coated.
5️⃣ Garnish with fresh cabbage and green chilies, and serve hot!
