🍽️ Planning a modular kitchen? Don’t just look at the colour & finish. CHECK THESE DETAILS! 👀
A beautiful kitchen can still be poorly made if the construction quality and finishing details aren't right.
Here are a few things we always recommend checking before finalising your modular kitchen:
🔹 1. Check the edge banding
Edges should be smooth, properly bonded and neatly finished — no sharp corners, visible gaps or uneven joints.
🔹 2. Look INSIDE the glass shutters
If you're using glass-fronted cabinets, don't leave the interiors looking unfinished. Using a matching wooden laminate inside gives the unit a much more premium and cohesive appearance.
🔹 3. Check the hardware
Good-quality hinges, channels, drawer systems and lift-up mechanisms make a huge difference to everyday usability and longevity.
🔹 4. Inspect the finish closely
Open the shutters. Pull the drawers. Check the corners, joints and internal surfaces.
The real quality is often hidden where you don't usually look.
🔹 5. Ask about the material specification
Know what plywood/board, laminate, edge banding and hardware are actually being used — don't choose your kitchen only by the catalogue picture.
Kitchen ki quality sirf bahar se nahi… ANDAR se bhi check hoti hai. 😉
