“Home is not a place… it’s a feeling.”
The thought behind the conception of our abode, Samriddhi Kunj, beautifully reflects this sentiment. This November, we celebrated our housewarming ceremony along with a successful first year at our Head Office.
The celebration began with a soulful Sunderkand Path, seeking the blessings of the Almighty, followed by a joyous gala dinner. We are deeply grateful to our family and friends for being a part of our happiness and making the occasion truly special.
We were honoured by the gracious presence of our esteemed guests — my brother-in-law Sh. Rakesh Arya, IPS IGP State Crime Branch; my sister Dr. Sulbha Arya leading perimenopause coach & cancer specialist; my Mamaji Dr. S.S. Bansal leading cardiologist and owner of SSB Hospitals; Sh. Ajay Kumar IAS Deputy Commissioner Gurugram; Dr. Ashu Jain IPS Haryana; Sh. Anand Sharan IAS (Retd.); Sh. K.K. Jalan IAS (Retd.); Sh. Sanjeev Singla SDM Gurugram, and many others who blessed the occasion with their presence.

Holding this thought in our hearts we embark into our new headquarters at Gurugram. On the auspicious day of Dhanteras we held Hawan with our family & friends at our new office seeking almighty's blessings for our next leap.

The occasion was elevated with the divine presence of BK Shivani Di. She guided us with the values of giving back to society which strongly aligns to our ethos.

The new office is spread across 5000 Sqft with advanced infra to further scale our teams and projects. We look forward to welcoming all to our new space. See you soon!

2. Presentation Skills - Should have excellent design presentation/ communication skills -
Oral, written, graphics, illustrations, 3d views, styles etc.
3. Drawings/ Documentation quality & standards - Advanced knowledge and experience of
drawing quality standards as per codes, govt. norms, VMA stds. and industry practices -
both submission and working drawings.
4. Teams Collaboration - Liaise with internal and external team/ associates for timely and
accurate work deliveries.
