Some spaces just make you slow down.

This isn’t a loud or overly styled workspace.

It’s designed to feel comfortable, familiar, and easy to be in. The kind of space where you can sit longer, think clearer, and actually enjoy the process.

Because good design doesn’t always need to stand out, sometimes, it just needs to work with you.

Would you like working in a space like this?

Some details don’t scream for attention, they quietly define the entire space.

From sculpted arches that soften the geometry, to concealed doors that disappear into the walls, every element in this workspace was designed to feel seamless, intentional, and a little unexpected.
And yes, even the AC unit got its own disappearing act behind the custom chess-table inspired paneling in the conference room. ♟️

Design is always in the details and this project for Singh Properties is full of them.

The MD’s cabin at Singh Properties had one brief, make it feel like it belongs to someone, not just anyone.

Forest green leading into terracotta. A walnut desk that’s built for long days. Shelves with actual books, actual objects, actual life. Pendant lights that make the room feel warm at any hour. And a green sofa tucked into the corner for the moments between meetings when you just need to think.

This is the room where the most important decisions get made deserves more than a chair, a desk, and a view.

This is what it looks like when a workspace is built around the person, not the other way around.

What ties it all together is how seamless it feels.

1 → Soft light filtering through, setting the tone for a slower, more focused day.
2 → Brick arches, glass doors, and just the right amount of detail to draw you in.
3 → Art on the walls, layered lighting, spaces that feel lived-in, not just designed.
4 → And then a corner to pause. Comfortable, warm, and easy, where work doesn’t feel rushed.

From structured to soft, open to intimate, without ever breaking the flow.

Because a well-designed workspace isn’t just about how it looks.

It’s about how naturally you move through it.

Which frame would you save for inspiration?

POV: the project is done, the cameras are rolling, and suddenly everyone becomes a creative director. 🎬

From fixing chairs that nobody notices to pretending candid shots are actually candid, photoshoot day is pure chaos, caffeine, and cinema.

But when the space looks this good… the drama is justified. ✨

Behind every polished interior shoot is a team running on vibes, ladders, and “one last shot”. 📸

Every conference is, in some way, a game of strategy.
There’s a table at this office that stops you mid-step. Not because it’s loud. Because it’s considered.

Two marbles, hand-laid in a checkered pattern. Legs carved after chess pieces, because the people who designed this space understood that what surrounds a conversation quietly shapes it.

The black chandelier doesn’t overwhelm. It anchors. The gallery wall doesn’t distract. It reminds you that beauty and business have always belonged in the same room.

Nobody talks about what a reception desk says, until you see this one.

At Singh Properties, it’s more than a desk.

Green marble with intentional veining, a fluted burgundy base, and a deep black backdrop, every element is designed to make you feel something before a word is spoken.

You don’t expect an office to feel like this.

Most spaces you walk into are forgettable. This one isn’t.

At Singh Properties, every detail, from handpicked brick walls to sculpted arches and a striking marble reception, feels intentional, almost like the space is telling you to slow down and take it in.

Step inside. What detail would you notice first?

This living room didn’t start like this…

Episode 2- Inside the Design

It began as a sketch, a palette, and a hundred tiny decisions you don’t see, but definitely feel.

Swipe to uncover what really goes into a “finished” space →(from raw materials to layout logic, from concept to final styling)

Because good design isn’t just what you see. It’s everything you don’t.

Save this for your next project & tell us, which detail caught your eye first?

Render vs Reality
-and somewhere in between is where the real design happens.

What you see in the render is intent. What you see in reality is ex*****on, collaboration, and a hundred on-site decisions that never make it to the screen.

From material swaps to lighting tweaks, from millimetre adjustments to last-minute improvisations, this is where design stops being perfect and starts being real.

And honestly? We wouldn’t have it any other way.
