✨ আমার বাড়ির একদম সামনে, গেট খুললেই মা ✨
প্রায় এক মাস আগে থেকেই মায়ের আগমনের বার্তা পাওয়া যায়—মহালয়ার পরদিন বাঁশে কাপড় চড়িয়ে প্যান্ডেল সাজতে শুরু করে। তখনই মনে হয় যেন একেবারে নতুন এক বাড়ি তৈরি হচ্ছে, আর সেই বাড়ির মাঝেই পঞ্চমীর দিন মা আসেন।

এরপর প্রতিটা দিন, প্রতিটা সময় ঘর থেকে বেরোলেই মাকে দেখা যায়। মনে হয় মা যেন ঠিক বাড়ির সামনেই বসে আছেন।

কিন্তু নবমী থেকে মনটা খারাপ হতে শুরু করে—কারণ আর মাত্র একদিন, তারপরেই মা চলে যাবেন। দশমীর দিন বাড়ির সামনে শূন্যতা যেন ছেয়ে যায়। মায়ের আঁটন খুলে যাওয়ার পর মনে হয় সত্যিই মা শ্বশুরবাড়ি চলে গেলেন।

এই প্রাচীন রীতিকে আমরা বলি বিজয়া দশমী।
তবে একটা প্রশ্ন থেকে যায়—মায়ের বাপের বাড়ি থেকে চলে যাওয়াটা কেন খুশি মনে উদযাপন করা হয়? মায়ের বাড়ি মানে শেকড়, শৈশব, ভালোবাসা… সেখান থেকে বিদায়টা কখনওই আনন্দের হতে পারে কী ?

তবুও কালের নিয়মে আমিও বলছি—
