On Sunday, 9th August, Dastarkhaan – A Food Studio brings you a special Beef Lunch, celebrating three distinctive beef classics, each prepared with care and in limited quantities.

🥩 Peshawari Chapli Kebab (4 pcs) – ₹400
Hand-pounded beef, aromatic spices, and fresh herbs come together in this iconic frontier-style kebab. Crisp outside, juicy within, and full of bold flavour.

🍚 Beef Afghani Pulao – ₹350
Fragrant long-grain rice cooked with tender beef in a delicately spiced broth. A subtle, comforting pulao where the richness of the meat takes centre stage.

🍛 Tariwala Beef – ₹350
Slow-cooked beef in a robust, spice-laden gravy that’s meant to be enjoyed with rice or bread. Homely, hearty, and deeply satisfying with every bite.

Every dish will be prepared in small batches to preserve its authenticity, freshness, and flavour.

The Elo-Jhelos or Eli-Jelis like we used to call them, were absolutely perfect - light, crisp and wonderfully flaky, with the right amount of stickiness. Not overly sweet, just the way I love them.

গতরাতে Samran Hudaর পাঠানো ভর্তা প্ল্যাটার সঙ্গে ওর রান্না দুর্দান্ত চিংড়ির মালাইকারিও আছে।কি যে ভালো খেলাম গত রাতে!ডালের বড়া,পটল চিংড়ির ভর্তা,রসুন ভর্তা আর আলু ভর্তা ছিল প্ল্যাটারে।অপূর্ব সেই স্বাদ।সেই সঙ্গে অনবদ্য স্বাদের মালাইকারি।সামরানের রান্না লাজবাব।

আগামী বুধবার- ১৫ই জুলাই মধাহ্নভোজে থাকছে কিরণলেখা রায়ের 'বরেন্দ্র রন্ধন'-এর কয়েকটি পদ।

বুধবার কাজের দিন, দুপুরে প্রায় সবারই অসুবিধে থাকে, কেউ চাইলে রাতের জন্যেও নিতে পারেন এই থালি অথবা আলা কার্টে থেকে।

প্রিবুক করবেন আগামীকাল সকাল ১০টার মধ্যে(বাজার করতে হবে সেইমতো)।

Hi friends,
Dastarkhaan presents a short-notice Eid Special Lunch for Eid Day — Thursday, 28.05.26. This festive menu brings together comforting flavours and slow-crafted dishes: Mutton Malabar Biriyani (₹450), Chicken Qorma (₹275), and Hyderabadi Shahi Halim (₹280 for 250g). To complete the celebration, Eid Special Sheer Khorma will be complimentary with every order.

And for this summer heat, we’re also serving chilled Kokum Sharbet — ₹200 per litre. 🍹

Limited portions will be prepared, and bookings will be taken on a first come, first serve basis till today evening 5 PM. All orders are prepaid. Delivery via porter (charges applicable).

রাসায়নিক সার দেওয়া চাল/ডাল/তেল/ সর্ষে/ মসলা দস্তরখ্বানে ব্যবহার হয় না।

দস্তরখ্বানের সমস্ত রেশন আসে বর্ধমানের নাদনঘাট থেকে, Rafikul Alam Sahana supply দিয়ে থাকেন তাঁর নিজস্ব চাষের জিনিস।

কারও সন্দেহ থাকলে, দস্তরখ্বানের খাবার মান/ দাম নিয়ে প্রশ্ন থাকলে উত্তর নিজের কাছেই পেয়ে যাবেন। কারণ 'Organic' আনাজপত্রমশলাচালডালের মূল্য সম্পর্কে সকলেই অবগত আছেন।
