These have been most asked questions by clients with minimal budgets required for a 3bhk apartments while not compromising on basic aesthatics. (Aesthetic- being subjective)
Though we take up all turn key works or consultancy of design only with minimum budget starting from 25 lakhs to 3 crores in interiors. The kind of clients and specifications used based on budgets varry drastically. Hope this helps those new flat owners who are looking how to plan financially for interiors.

Looking for interns or architects with one year experience preferably who has a good understanding of design with experience of autocad and sketch up softwares.
I do encounter few questions like these from my clients.
And this is one ignorant area of understanding that i was repeatedly asked.
So, just a 🤏 glimpse on how an interior project can be handled if given to architect at early stage of construction itself if the builder allows.
