Egg Burji recipe
egg burji or anda burji.It is a made with eggs and tomato and some ingredients available in every kitchen.
Ingredients:
Eggs 3
Tomato 4
Green Chilli 4
Onions 4 small size
ginger garlic paste 1 table spoon
Curry Leaves 3 branches
Coriander Leaves 1 bunch
Red Chilli Powder-2 table spoons
Turmeric Powder - 2 pinches
Coriander Powder - 2 tea spoon
Salt - as per taste
Oil - 3 table spoon
Cumin seeds - 1/1 tea spoon
Preparation Steps:
* Take a Good Pan and add 3 table spoons of Oil, after 30 secs add cumin seeds, chopped green chillis and onions,curryleaves mix and fry for 2 minutes.
* Add ginger garlic paste, and mix it. then add tomato, turmeric Powder, Coriander powder, Red Chilli Powder and salt. Cook the mixture for 3 minutes.
* Now add eggs and mix it well. Cook for 5 minutes on Low flame. after five minutes garnish with coriander leaves cook for 2 minutes.
Now Hot Hot Egg Burji is ready to serve. Egg Burji or Anda Burji is best combination with Roti and Chapathi.
