Unveiling “Nandakam” — a 3500 sft residence at Fortune One, designed for a lovely couple who entrusted us with their second home. Rooted in tradition yet interpreted with a contemporary design language, the home balances timeless Indian influences with clean, refined detailing.
The drawing and living are separated by a partition in grooved PU-finished panelling which extends into a bespoke teak partition with classical column detailing.

The pooja mandir features shutters with fabric sandwiched between glass, complemented by handpainted CNC-crafted cow motifs. Within, a magnificent Lord Venkateswara Swamy is enshrined in an intricately crafted Tanjore-style frame, creating a striking spiritual focal point.

The bespoke sideboard features shutters in CNC-routed architectural relief and finished in terracotta PU creating depth and visual interest.

Although this project was completed and documented a couple of years ago, it’s one of several homes that are yet to be revealed. We’re excited to unveil all these homes over the coming months.😊

The master bedroom and kids’ room from the Jabili Dilip Residence — the 4000 sft triplex, thoughtfully designed for a wonderful couple . Jabili Dilip Stories

The master bedroom door is seamlessly concealed within a bespoke feature wall of layered grey and terracotta panels, with handpainted wooden motifs serving as sculptural handles.

The focal wall in the bedroom features custom Roman blinds with upholstered triangular motifs, echoed in recessed triangular frames in designer fabric on the textured wall. The space also revisits the suspended seating and feature wall composition from our Vaikunthapuram Residence, thoughtfully reinterpreted at the clients’ request to suit the character of this home.

Designed for two young children, the bedroom features bespoke twin beds with upholstered headboards and a central privacy panel. A monochrome illustrated wallpaper featuring woodland animals and birds forms a playful backdrop for the space.

Unveiling the “Vihari Residence” — a 5500 sft triplex at Meraki Boulevard, blending contemporary luxury with handcrafted details and thoughtful design.
A heartfelt thank you to Vijay Reddy, Lahari and Suresh for their trust and complete creative freedom. Their confidence in our vision made this home possible.

Design Details:
At the heart of the double-height living / space, a bespoke sideboard finished in dyed veneer patterns sits beneath a striking artwork of Lord Rama, creating a focal point that celebrates tradition through a contemporary lens. The double-height wooden ceiling features a circular mural framed in wooden beadings, from which handcrafted brass pendants cascade, adding warmth, drama and a sense of scale to the space.

The master bedroom is anchored by a soft pastel botanical mural behind the bed, bringing a gentle English charm to the space.
The study in kids bedroom designed for two siblings aged 10 and 3, has the overhead storage boxes highlighted with handpainted illustrations of Calvin from Calvin & Hobbes, adding a playful dose of mischief and personality to the space.

The swing in the first floor family lounge has delicate beads in terracotta PU finish running along one edge of the backrest—a simple yet distinctive detail that elevates the piece.

The kids’ bedroom from the 4617 sft residence at My Home Nishada, Neopolis, was designed for a 7-year-old boy with a love for football.

The focal wall behind the bed is finished with vertical fluted panelling, lined with teak spheres that have been hand-painted as footballs, celebrating the child’s love for the sport in a playful and understated way.

A subtle animal-themed wallpaper creates a playful backdrop to the study corner, where a custom mirror framed with twisted-rope moulding adds character and softness to the wall while the adjacent bookshelf is seamlessly connected to the floating study table through an extended handle detail.

The wardrobe goes beyond storage, incorporating a recessed arched alcove that doubles as a playful seating nook.

The living room from the 4600sft at Myhome Nishada that blends contemporary luxury with traditional influences.

A custom designer swing in a terracotta-toned backrest and suspended on sleek metal cables with brass accents takes centre stage.
Framed by arches, the twin pooja doors are designed as an artwork panel suspended within the opening, allowing the space above and below to remain visually open and connected.
The veneer-clad wall conceals a seamless secret door, marked by a composition of hand-painted spindles that add depth and intrigue to the paneling.
