মোট ২০০ পিস পাটিসাপ্টা ডেলিভারি হয়েছে আমাদের এই বছর। আশা রাখছি আগামী বছর আপনাদের সকলের আরো ভালোবাসা পাবো। 🙏😇

খাবারের business করার কথা ভেবেছিলাম আজ থেকে ৮বছর আগে। তখন অবশ্য home-kitchen এর কথা ভাবিনি; ভেবেছিলাম food-truck এর কথা। যখন ২০২৪ এর জুন মাসে এই home-kitchen শুরু করি তখন ভাবতেই পারিনি যে তোমাদের সবার এত্ত ভালোবাসা পাবো।
আমি মনে করি ভালোবাসা দিয়ে বানাই.. তাই ভালোবাসা ফিরে পাই।

গত ২রা জানুয়ারী আমাদের society-তেই ছিল ১৭জনের লাঞ্চ অর্ডার।
মেনুতে ছিল মিক্সড ভেজ ডাল, আলু ফুলকপির ডালনা, কাতলা কালিয়া, সর্ষে পাবদা, টমেটো-আমসত্ত্ব-খেজুর দিয়ে চাটনি।

গতকাল দুপুরে Miyapur এ ১০জনের জন্য পাঠানো লাঞ্চ।
মেনুতে ছিল ভেটকি ফিশ ফ্রাই, বাসন্তী পোলাও, পনীর বাটার মসালা, চিকেন কষা, টমেটো-আমসত্ত্ব-খেজুর দিয়ে চাটনি।

আমাদের উপর ভরসা করে পাশে থাকার জন‍্য অনেক অনেক ধন‍্যবাদ। বাকিটা রিভিউ হিসেবে দিলাম।
সবার আশীর্বাদে ও ভালোবাসায় ছোট্ট ছোট্ট পায়ে এগোতে পারছি এটাই আমাদের সব থেকে বড়ো ভালোলাগা।আমাদের পাশে থাকবেন, সুস্থ থাকবেন, ভালো থাকবেন। 🙏😊🧿
