Organic leaf patterns, inspired by indigenous trees, are translated into cast walls and metal cladding—grounding the architecture in its context.

Samarpan - An interior landscape shaped by warmth, memory, and a quiet sense of spiritual grounding.

The brief is defined by an aspiration for calmness, warmth, and a subtle presence of the divine within everyday living.

The planning of the common areas reflects this ethos of togetherness. The living and dining spaces unfold within an open layout that encourages shared experiences while maintaining a sense of spatial clarity. A restrained palette of muted greys and warm browns forms the backdrop, punctuated by accents of rust and copper that lend depth and warmth to the interiors. Italian marble flooring extends seamlessly across the space, establishing a continuous visual plane that enhances the feeling of openness.

Skye Hyde Park is envisioned as a super-luxury gated community spread across 25 acres, designed to create a distinct identity from the very first impression.

The main entrance is conceived as a landmark element along the arterial road—commanding presence while setting the tone for the development within.
The entry and exit portals are positioned on either side, while the central axis is defined by bold stone walls and intricately crafted stone screens.

A consistent language of stone screens extends into the vertical elements that support the canopy, reinforcing material continuity and architectural coherence. The canopy, appearing to float effortlessly over the stone masses, bridges the portals to form a seamless and grand panoramic arrival experience.
