Concept:
A composition of intersecting vertical and horizontal volumes, softened by a sculpted curved frame that emphasizes the double-height sit-out while creating a strong visual identity. The facade balances solidity and transparency through the interplay of stone surfaces, glazing, and screening elements.

Design Psychology:
The dominant curved portal establishes a sense of arrival and enclosure, while the vertical louvered volume enhances perceived height and grandeur. Warm materials and layered facade elements create depth, human scale, and visual comfort, transforming the building from a simple residence into a memorable architectural statement.

The restrained palette of concrete textures, wood, glass, and metal enhances the contemporary luxury aesthetic, while vertical glazing, double-height elements, and transitional open spaces strengthen light, ventilation, and spatial continuity.
