Made with fresh winter veggies, methi muthia, yam, potatoes, lilva & valor — all slow-cooked the traditional “undhu” (upside-down) way in clay pots.

That’s where the name Undhiyu comes from!
Undhu = upside down.
The old method gave it a smoky, earthy flavour Gujaratis are obsessed with.

More than a recipe, Undhiyu is a winter ritual, a family tradition, and pure Gujarati love served warm. ❤️🌼
