Every sujood you make rests on seven points: your forehead and nose, both palms, both knees, and both feet - a position the Prophet ﷺ described precisely, because even the smallest details of Salah were never left to chance.

It's the lowest a body can go, and the closest a servant ever gets to their Lord.

"The closest a servant comes to his Lord is when he is in sujood." (Sahih Muslim)
