😳 Socha nahi tha ki customer ko installation ke baad aisi problem face hogi…

Customer ne hume apni concern batayi, aur humne bina delay kiye technical team ko site par bheja. 🛠️

Site par jaakar issue ko properly inspect kiya, customer ki concern samjhi aur necessary technical guidance di.

Kyuki customer ko problem aaye aur ARACOT side mein khada rahe — ye humare liye option hi nahi hai. 🤝

Product sell hone ke baad bhi responsibility khatam nahi hoti.

🚨 New stock aaya tha… lekin inspection mein kuch aur hi dekhne ko mila. 👀

Aaj Sir ne new stock ka inspection kiya, jahan kuch tiles carelessness ki wajah se damaged mili.

Stock handle karna sirf loading aur unloading ka kaam nahi hai — har box ke saath responsibility judi hoti hai. 💯

Ek chhoti si carelessness se product damage ho sakta hai aur unnecessary loss bhi.

⚠️ Aaj ek accident ne hume phir yaad dilaya — safety ko kabhi ignore nahi karna chahiye.

Loading ke dauran ek tile accidentally team member ke foot par gir gayi, jisse unhe injury ho gayi. Thankfully, the situation was handled and the team member received immediate attention. 🙏

Incident ke baad Sir ne loading area ka proper inspection kiya aur jo team members safety shoes ke bina kaam kar rahe the, unke against immediate action liya.

Kyuki loading ka kaam kitna bhi routine lage, ek chhoti si safety mistake dangerous ho sakti hai.

Customer ne return ke liye bataya, aur humne specially apni loading vehicle bhejkar tiles pick up karwa li. 💯

Kyuki customer service sirf bade issues solve karne ka naam nahi hai — chhoti cheezon par quick action lena bhi utna hi important hai.

Customer se kiya hua promise hum poora nahi kar paaye… aur Sir ne khud sorry bola.

Aaj ke vlog mein ek customer ka issue tha jahan hum pickup ke commitment ke according time par nahi pahunch paaye.

Mistake humari thi aur Sir ne customer se personally baat karke sorry bola aur responsibility li.

Lekin baat sirf sorry bolne tak nahi ruki.

Sir ne personally make sure kiya ki issue properly understand ho, team se follow-up ho aur jo mistake hui hai, woh repeat na ho.

Because customer trust sirf promises se nahi banta…
