Referrals < Weird referrals!

I never expected that I would get a referral from a client that I said no to because why would you refer to someone who said no to you for sourcing for your home from China?

This one gets really interesting.

Just because you want to source from China is not where I take up that project. I only take up projects where I see a real value add that I create for your dream home.

DM 'China Sourcing' & I shall answer all your queries over a cup of coffee.

Won't the price change between order and delivery? - clients ask us this on repeat!

Here's how it works:
10% when pricing is locked,
30% at production,
60% at delivery.

The only variable is the currency rate, and we remit directly to the factory at the day's rate. No arbitrage. No hidden margin. Check it on XE yourself.

DM "CHINA" and we'll walk you through exactly how a sourcing with Misuraa works.
